Crystal Gaudet is an Assistant Professor in Political Science at Huron University in Ontario, Canada. Her research focuses on transnational care migration, using narrative analysis to explore how migrant care workers in Canada make meaning about care and domestic work. She is also a Research Associate at the Centre for Education Research and Innovation at Western University. She is currently working on several collaborative research projects examining the experiences of healthcare providers in rural Canadian contexts. She has been a member of the Carework Network steering committee since 2016.
